| Welcome to the Parade of Homes |

The
2009 Parade of Homes will take place September 19,20 and September 26,
27. Homes will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A $2
donation can be made at the Showcase Homes to benefit local housing
charities. Admission to all other homes is free. Maps and information
may also be found at the homes or in the Baldwin Register, Gulf Coast
Newspapers and Real Estate Connection.
Thank you for coming to see what the
Baldwin County Home Builders Association Parade of Homes has to offer.
Our members are eager to move homes, interest rates are still at record
lows, and the housing tax credit expires in November !
The homes open in this years' Parade offer a wide range of pricing and
features. Whether you are a first time home buyer, or looking for a new
home with an environmental friendly concept of construction, there is
something for you. This years' Showcase "Green" House built by Pat
Achee of Achee Properties, includes the latest technology to improve
indoor air quality, the use of sustainable building products, and
energy efficient appliances.
